Role: Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric or adult medically fragile patients in the home setting as a Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Deliver prescribed nursing services on each assignment.
- Monitor signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data, documenting diagnoses and potential issues.
- Current RN or LPN license in the practicing state.
- Valid BLS card, current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Preferably one year of professional nursing experience.
