Shift: Overnight, Part‑time

• Customer Satisfaction: Provide prompt excellent customer service; greet customers; offer assistance and recommendations; ring up sales accurately; handle various payment methods; operate fuel console, lottery machines, money order, telecom transactions.
• Facility Condition: Maintain store cleanliness, perform housekeeping duties; clean equipment and premises; inspect facilities; notify Store Manager of equipment failures or maintenance needs.
• Merchandising: Build orders for merchandise; receive and verify vendor deliveries; maintain adequate stock; rotate stock; place advertising and pricing signage.
• Sales Controls: Control merchandise, cash shortages; assist in inventory levels and shift audits.
• Financial Controls: Keep accurate cash, sales, and inventory records; account for variances; notify Manager of discrepancies; follow guidelines for product breakage or spoilage.
• Security Controls: Report incidents (injuries, theft, property damage, sanitation issues); report unsafe or unethical conduct.
• Administrative: Keep accurate shift and timekeeping records; inventory supplies; attend meetings; maintain predictable onsite attendance; perform additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers, scanners, beverage dispensers, and other machine tools.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts and arrive on time.
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic ability (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Ability to perform the physical functions described below.
• Ability to work in the conditions described below.

• Exposed to cold or warm temperature extremes; occasional work in walk‑in cooler/freeze and outdoors.
• Occasional lifting or carrying up to 30 lbs from ground to overhead; up to 50 lbs from ground to waist.
• Grasp, reach, manipulate objects with hands; push/pull up to 20 lbs force.
• Reach overhead; bend and twist at waist.
• Stand and walk for an entire shift; may require climbing a ladder.
• Work alone; tolerate occasional noise.

• Approximately 95% work indoors; occasional cleaning of parking lots, gas pumps, garbage removal.
• Exposure to extreme cold temperatures.
• Exposure to occasional noise.
• Minimum direction and periodic supervision.

Hiring Range: $14.00 – $14.50 per hour.
