Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, urgent situations, and/or requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, noting unusual activity and/or conditions that may need attention;
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry while following visitor, staff, and patient support protocols;
Prepare clear reports on incidents, observations, and/or daily activities, and communicate relevant information to supervisors, staff, and/or emergency personnel as needed
