Appliance Service Technician: As an Appliance Service Technician, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch service to our valued customers. Reporting to the Director of Operations and based at our Brunswick Distribution Center, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of household appliances, ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

• Service and repair various household appliances, ensuring accurate diagnosis and professional repair services.
• Respond to customer calls promptly, managing scheduled call times with urgency.
• Create an exceptional customer experience through outstanding service.
• Read parts look up and order parts efficiently to complete service calls.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the best customer experience possible.
• Manage inventory of truck stock, maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in the numerous training opportunities to stay on top of leading technology

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills.
• Technical proficiency in repairing various household appliances.
• Problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and able to pass a background check.
• Preferred two years appliance service experience

• Full-time.
• Pay: $19.00 an hour ($39,520 annual) plus commission.
• Total potential earnings of $65,000 to $100,000+ annually based on experience level.
