About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring our clients' chemical systems and equipment operate efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide installation, maintenance, and repair of chemical dispensing and monitoring equipment at client facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to chemical systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with clients to provide training and guidance on proper equipment use and maintenance.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of equipment performance.
• Support the sales and technical teams by identifying opportunities for system enhancements or upgrades.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a technical service role, preferably in the chemical or industrial sector.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of chemical systems, including dispensing or monitoring equipment, is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and travel to client sites as needed.
