Job Description Summary

Technician 1

The Technician role performs preventive maintenance and makes repairs on equipment in the safest, most effective way possible to avoid downtime. The fleet includes Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools, and specialty lines such as large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas equipment.

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a flexible approach to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Provide tools of trade when needed.

• High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 1 to 3 years of Technician experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty lines such as generators, pumps, HVAC, or Oil & Gas equipment.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a safety‑focused environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs.

Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more. Work may be performed indoors or outdoors as required.
