Haven Services with Heart of Ohio is seeking skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Installers and Residential installer with 5+ years of hands-on installation experience. What You'll Do
* Install HVAC systems according to project specifications and industry standards
* Install and connect HVAC equipment, including ductwork, piping, and electrical components
* Test, calibrate, and adjust systems to ensure proper operation and efficiency
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety protocols and regulations
* Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and customers to ensure high-quality service
* Travel to job sites as required
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
* Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation best practices
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues
* Proficient with hand tools and power tools required for HVAC installation
* Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials safely
* Reliable, professional, and committed to exceptional customer service

* Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
* Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings, including background check, MVR check, and drug screening
* Must maintain eligibility to operate company vehicles
* Adherence to company safety and performance standards
