Competitive Pay & Benefits- Technicians with relevant experience and manufacturer training start at $33/hour or more.

As a Field Technician, you’ll be at the heart of what we do—helping our customers get their equipment up and running efficiently. You’ll work with 80+ lines of equipment, including Case, and no two days will be the same.
- Perform diagnostics and make repairs on both company and customer-owned equipment in the field.
- Keep up-to-date with manufacturer standards, certifications, and ongoing education.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, both in the shop and at customer job sites.
- Utilize your technical skills (12/24V electrical, HPH diagnostics, and laptop skills) to solve complex problems.
- Education:
High school diploma or GED plus a 2-year Diesel Technology, Ag Technology, Automotive Technology, or Heavy Equipment Technology degree (or equivalent experience). - Experience:
2-5 years working on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, or heavy equipment maintenance. - Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate well with customers, and a focus on safety. - Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, push, or carry 75 lbs. or more, and perform tasks that involve standing, bending, and stretching for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license (CDL preferred or able to obtain) and clean driving record.
- Must pass background check and drug screen (including medical marijuana).
- Authorized to work in the USA.
