Job Description
Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing repairs, move furniture, install ceiling fans, change outlets and garbage disposals, and make other repairs. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Employment Type:
Temp‑To‑Hire. Pay Rate: $18/hr.
- Experience working in an apartment setting
- Carpentry, electrical, and plumbing experience; able to change light sockets, install ceiling fans, etc.
- Detail‑oriented and safety‑conscious
- Dependable and able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Must have work boots; own tools preferred
- HVAC experience is a plus
