We're searching for a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our production equipment and facility operating at peak performance.
What We're Looking For:- Electrical & mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Hydraulic & pneumatic troubleshooting experience
- Experience installing and maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment with minimal supervision
- Bonus Skills Include:
- PLC troubleshooting or programming
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), servo drives & motors
- Stamping press and overhead crane maintenance
- CNC equipment maintenance
- HVAC, air compressors & chillers
- Welding, fabrication, milling machines & lathes
- Forklift and aerial lift operation
- Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints and manuals
- Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Complete electrical and mechanical repairs
- Fabricate and modify equipment as needed
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment
- Document completed work and communicate with production and management
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Industrial electrical certification is a major plus
