We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support daily inbound and outbound operations. This position plays a key role in coordinating shipments, managing schedules, and ensuring timely, accurate delivery while providing strong customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments (LTL and parcel)
- Manage dock schedules and shipment requirements
- Prepare freight quotes and obtain approvals
- Track shipments and resolve delays, damages, or lost items
- Handle carrier claims and customer service inquiries
- Communicate with carriers to maintain service quality
- 3+ years of logistics or production environment experience
- Experience with LTL and parcel shipping
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- PTO starting at 2 weeks (increases with tenure)
- 9 paid holidays annually
- Overtime pay (1.5x after 40 hours)
