Warehouse Worker

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled warehouse workers to join our dynamic team. As a part of the e-Commerce team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of products throughout the distribution center by using specialized equipment. Your efforts will help maintain the quality and availability of our products for our valued customers.

• Operate a stand-up forklift with clamps for the entire shift.
• Load, unload, and process merchandise for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Transport merchandise to assigned warehouse locations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Ensure daily production targets are met.
• Participate in a comprehensive training program, including equipment operation and in-house forklift certification.

• Proficiency in warehouse equipment operation.
• Experience with order picking, material handling, and forklift operation.
• Capability in loading, unloading, packing, and using an RF scanner.
• General labor skills and ability to work in a team environment.

• High School Diploma.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Capability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with or without accommodation.

You will work in a somewhat temperature-controlled, clean environment within an 800,000 sq ft facility. The dress code is casual, allowing tennis shoes, while gloves are provided for your safety. Orientation takes place on Fridays, followed by a four-week training program.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brunswick, OH.

The pay range for this position is $21.65 - $21.65/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
