Your role & responsibilities as Paralegal Assistant
Legal support
Maintain and regularly update the contract management system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Organise, manage and securely store legal documents for quick access and reference.
Track contract expirations and ensure timely follow-up and renewals.
Coordinate and manage the signature process of legal documents.
Support the Legal Advisor with preparation and review of standard agreements.
Assist in the implementation of compliance policies across the organisation.
Secretary General support
Manage calendar, attendance, invitations and logistics for Board of Directors , General Assembly and preparatory meetings.
Support the preparation of meeting materials: documentation gathering, signature collection, content organisation and follow-up.
Regulatory support
Assist in regulatory checks and formalisation processes.
Maintain, monitor and improve the regulatory SharePoint site.
Coordinate the development and submission of regulatory reports internally and with partners, including:
Organising meetings and taking minutes
Tracking progress and following up on deadlines
Your profile as Paralegal assistant
Bachelor degree in Office Administration, Business Administration or Legal Studies .
3-5 years of experience in a similar role (paralegal / legal assistant / regulatory assistant).
Experience in energy or another regulated sector is a plus.
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
Pragmatic, autonomous and structured.
Comfortable interacting with various internal and external stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to propose solutions while assessing risks.
Resilient, patient and curious.
