Talencia Consulting is currently looking for a Business Analyst for one of my clients.

As part of several strategic transformation and data migration projects, our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst, also able to take on a Business Analyst role. The consultant will join a team running several projects in parallel, within ambitious deadlines, with some projects already behind schedule. We are looking for someone who can quickly become operational, is autonomous, and able to take initiative.

Description

Business analysis:

Analyze business needs and challenge requests

Identify gaps between current processes (As-is) and target processes (To-be)

Draft functional requirements and follow up until implementation

Facilitate workshops with the various stakeholders

Data migration:

Analyze existing data structures

Identify data to be migrated, transformed, completed or deleted

Define migration rules and collaborate with technical teams to ensure data quality

Anticipate the impact of the migration on business processes

Project management:

Manage several projects in parallel and coordinate the various stakeholders

Track schedules, risks and priorities

Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met, with concrete results

Technical skills:

SQL (basic to intermediate queries), Power BI, Business Objects (BO)

Handling CSV files, data merging and transformation

Good understanding of relational databases

Experience with AI tools (vibe coding, Replit AI) is highly appreciated

Your profile

At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst, able to challenge the status quo and bring real added value

Able to challenge business needs, identify functional inconsistencies and propose several solution scenarios

Excellent analytical mindset, critical thinking and attention to detail

Strong autonomy and very good communication skills

Pragmatic, results-oriented, able to manage several projects simultaneously, comfortable in a constantly evolving environment

Knowledge of BABOK, BPMN or UML is a plus

French and English required;
Dutch is an asset
