Senior Business Analyst - banking
Brussels (Hybrid)

⏳ Duration: 4 months + possible extension

Experience:
10+ years
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in banking, financial markets, regulatory reporting, and crypto trading to support strategic initiatives around trading, investing, and savings solutions.
Your mission
Translate business needs into clear requirements and functional specifications.
Work closely with Product Owners, IT teams, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Security stakeholders.
Analyze business processes, assess impacts, and drive improvements.
Support testing, validation, and implementation of new solutions.
Facilitate workshops and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.
Your profile
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services
Strong knowledge of financial markets, crypto, and regulatory environments
Experience with Micar, MiFID, EMIR, Transaction Reporting, and AML
Skilled in business analysis, functional analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Autonomous, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
Languages
Native French or Native Dutch
Fluent English
