Senior Business Analyst

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major transformation program within a leading company in the retail sector. The initiative focuses on customer loyalty, customer experience, business process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

Your Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will act as the key link between business and IT teams, helping shape and deliver strategic initiatives that impact millions of customers.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and document end-to-end business processes.

Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.

Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and user stories.

Map and optimize customer journeys across multiple channels.

Support the migration from legacy solutions to modern architectures.

Define reporting requirements, KPIs, and data-related business needs.

Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Architects, Data Engineers, and Development Teams.

Conduct impact assessments and support change management activities.

Required Experience

Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments.

Strong expertise in BPMN and business process modelling.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience in retail, loyalty programs, CRM, customer experience, or digital transformation is highly desirable.

Experience with data analysis, reporting, KPI definition, and business insights.

Knowledge of SQL, data modelling, and data warehousing concepts is a strong asset.

Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.

Experience working in Agile environments. [
