We're Hiring:
Content Designer (Conversational AI)

Do you have a passion for crafting seamless digital experiences through the power of words? Are you excited about designing conversations that help users interact naturally with AI-powered services? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

We're looking for a Content Designer to help shape engaging, intuitive, and user-centric conversational experiences across our AI and Chat Bot platforms.

Hybrid or remote options can be considered.

What you'll do

Design conversational flows, scripts, and dialogue structures that feel natural and helpful

Create Chat Bot content, FAQs, prompts, onboarding experiences, and user guidance materials

Define and maintain a consistent tone of voice across all conversational channels

Analyze user feedback and conversation data to continuously improve content effectiveness

Support Chat Bot training and optimization efforts through iterative content enhancements

Collaborate closely with UX designers, AI specialists, and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences

What we're looking for

Experience in Content Strategy and UX Writing

Strong skills in Conversation Design and user-centered content creation

Knowledge of Accessibility standards and inclusive design principles

Understanding of Information Architecture and content organization

Excellent Copywriting and storytelling abilities

Experience with User Research and content testing

Strong multilingual communication skills are a plus

knowledge of French or Dutch, and English
