Manage end to end financial operations with a focus on accuracy and transparency
Oversee the full cycle of financial transactions, including revenue and expenditure
Ensure compliance with financial rules, regulations and internal procedures
Contribute to forecasting activities and strategic financial planning
Provide financial guidance and support to internal stakeholders
Lead and contribute to initiatives focused on process optimisation
Support the modernisation of workflows through automation and AI driven tools
Contribute to training initiatives to strengthen financial knowledge across the Agency
Detail oriented and analytical mindset
Strong understanding of financial rules and regulations

Eligibility requirements:
Full rights as a citizen of an EU Member State, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway
Fulfilment of applicable military service obligations
Thorough knowledge of English at C1 level
Satisfactory knowledge of another EU official language at B2 level
Education and experience:
University degree of at least three years in Business, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Law, Public or Business Administration or related field
Minimum two years of relevant professional experience
Skills and knowledge:
Strong numerical skills
Strategic coordination and analytical thinking
Research and critical thinking skills
Business analysis and process design
Knowledge of ERP systems and databases
Proficiency in MS Office
