Sander is a specialist recruitment agency covering Finance, Technology, HR & Legal. 45+ people across Brussels, Antwerp and Paris and we're looking for a Sales Consultant to strengthen our Brussels team.

As a Sales Consultant, you sit at the crossroads of business development and recruitment. You don't just find talent or just win clients : you do both, and you do it well.
On the Sales side
Prospect and develop your own client portfolio through cold calling and networking
Run a full sales cycle : first contact, pitch, needs analysis, proposal and closing
Build long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and nurturing
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
On the Recruitment side
Source and headhunt the best profiles through direct approach and Linked In
Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluate both skills and cultural fit
Present candidates, manage feedback and handle offer negotiations
Accompany candidates from first contact through to contract signature

1 to 4 years of experience in a B2B commercial role : recruitment, sales or business development
Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach
Results-driven, resilient and genuinely people-oriented
Bilingual French & English (mandatory), Dutch is a plus
Bachelor's degree minimum
Sector knowledge is a plus, not a prerequisite

Base salary evolving with your results
Uncapped commission plan : your ceiling is yours to set
