Your role and responsibilities By guiding our sales teams and customers on technical options and cost-effective solutions within our Low Voltage division, you will help shape offerings that truly meet the demands of our market. You will work with technically advanced products that contribute directly to the energy transition and help customers improve energy efficiency. You will train customers and sales colleagues on how to use the webshop efficiently and act as a first point of contact for technical or platform-related inquiries.
Conducting valuation of market size and trends, as well as competitor analyses including identification of offering gaps and evaluating ABB's market standing. Training customers and internal teams on webshop functionalities, guiding them through product selection and digital tools while serving as the primary point of contact for all webshop-related questions to ensure smooth and proactive digital support. A technical bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering, Electromechanics, or similar). Junior profiles with strong curiosity and technical drive are welcome. At ease working with technical documentation, specifications, and industrial standards. Proficiency in French of Dutch and English. Valid Belgian Permit
