At Oliver James, we're looking for ambitious 360° Recruitment Consultants to grow our Belgian IT market.

This is not a traditional HR role. You will build your own market, develop new business, headhunt top IT talent and manage the recruitment process from A to Z.

The role

Build and develop your own Belgian market

Prospect and win new clients to build your portfolio

Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers

Head-hunt, interview and advise IT professionals

Manage the recruitment process from A to Z

Negotiate with clients and candidates

Own your targets, pipeline and results

Become an expert in your market

Who are we looking for?

Experienced Recruiters who want more commercial ownership, earning potential and career progression.

Sales Professionals with a strong background in B2B Sales, business development or account management who want to build a career in recruitment.

In both cases, you are:

Ambitious, competitive and commercially driven

Comfortable with targets and prospecting

A strong communicator and negotiator

Fluent in French OR Dutch + English

Holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree

We care more about your ability to build relationships, win business and deliver results than your job title.
