• Diagnose, inspect, and repair Ford vehicles accurately and efficiently.
• Perform maintenance services including oil changes, brakes, tires, alignments, suspension, and engine repairs.
• Complete warranty repairs following Ford guidelines.
• Use Ford diagnostic equipment and service information.
• Perform thorough multi-point inspections on every vehicle.
• Clearly document repair recommendations and completed work.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies.
• Participate in Ford training and certification programs.

• Previous automotive technician experience preferred.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Ford certification is preferred but not required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
