Events Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-driven Events Coordinator to help lead Realtor events, recruiting events, team events, and community engagement initiatives for one of the top-performing mortgage offices in the Midwest.

This is not a “wait to be told what to do” role.

We’re looking for someone who naturally takes ownership, sees what needs to happen before being asked, and executes at a high level without constant oversight. This role is critical to helping our branch continue building relationships, growing brand presence, supporting recruiting efforts, and maintaining the high-performance culture we’ve worked hard to build.

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One-hour lunch break

This is more than an event planning position.

You’ll be joining a high-performing mortgage team with a culture built around growth, accountability, relationship-building, and competing at a high level together. This role plays a major part in helping our branch continue expanding relationships, supporting recruiting efforts, strengthening community presence, and creating experiences that reflect the energy and professionalism of our team.
