Overview
Pay range $45-55 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time, $5,000 for part‑time. Benefits include 401(k), PTO, continuing education credits, flexible schedules.

PositionDental Hygienist
Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct dental care and associated services under general supervision of a dentist.
- Maintain quality and compassionate care for every patient.
- Perform scaling and prophylaxis, X‑rays, sealant and fluoride applications, and related procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and look for opportunities to offer Same Day Care.
- Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction.
- Assess dental condition and patients' medical history.
- Adhere to all governmental regulations and company standards.
- Guide patients through the entire treatment process.
- Assist with dental and perio charting when necessary.
- Take X‑rays and save into patient charts when necessary.
- Provide memorable patient experiences by showing compassion.
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
- CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
- Experience with pediatric patients (70% or more of patient base).

Continuing education reimbursement:
Hygienists who have completed one year may seek reimbursement up to $250 per year. Company‑provided certification trainings (CPR, radiology, nitrous oxide, etc.) with reimbursement for eligible training/testing expenses.
