Provides authentic guest service in the community setting while under the direction of the Nutritional Services Manager and Lead.

• Provide and prepare nutritious and well-presented food for patient services, retail cafe, cooking, dish-washing, catering and patient tray delivery areas.
• Maintain excellence in appearance and quality of all foods served in the Nutrition support areas.
• Ensure compliance with all Food Safety regulations and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle point of sale and cash handling duties as required.

High school diploma/GED preferred.

Previous customer service experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently using critical thinking skills; must be at least 16 years of age; able to lift up to 40 pounds.
