Full-time would be either three 12-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts, with an every-other-weekend requirement.

We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapy to provide clinical leadership and operational support for pulmonary programs across multiple skilled nursing facilities.
This position is ideal for a motivated Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) who is passionate about improving pulmonary care, mentoring clinical teams, and driving quality outcomes in the post-acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and support for pulmonary programs across multiple skilled nursing facilities.
- Conduct respiratory therapy audits, including documentation, compliance, and clinical workflows.
- Develop, implement, and enhance pulmonary care programs and quality initiatives.
- Monitor quality metrics, including:
- Hospitalizations
- Resident outcomes
- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Pulmonary program scorecards
- Collaborate with Regional Directors of Operations and facility leadership.
- Train, mentor, and support Pulmonary Program Coordinators (PPCs).
- Conduct orientation and onboarding for newly hired PPCs.
- Lead weekly meetings with assigned PPCs to review performance, goals, and compliance.
- Ensure pulmonary dashboards, PDPM documentation, and program data remain accurate and current.
- Assist in planning and coordinating annual Pulmonary Program Coordinator educational events.
- Support regulatory compliance, CMS standards, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
- Active Respiratory Therapist license in the State of Ohio.
- New graduates are welcome to apply with an active Ohio license.
- Experienced therapists with 3-5+ years of respiratory therapy experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care is preferred.
- Leadership, staff education, program management, or quality improvement experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of pulmonary rehabilitation, respiratory modalities, PDPM, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel regularly between multiple facilities throughout Massachusetts.
- Experience implementing or managing pulmonary programs within skilled nursing facilities.
- Background in staff education, clinical auditing, and quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of CMS regulations and respiratory care best practices in post-acute settings.
