• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments
• Basic troubleshooting and machine setup knowledge preferred
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as needed

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate press machines according to production specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• Perform machine adjustments to ensure proper operation and product quality
• Monitor production output and inspect finished parts for accuracy and defects
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine maintenance
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
