  • Ensure all safety devices, guards, and controls are functioning properly
  • Monitor production to maintain quality standards and minimize scrap

  • Train and support operators and packers on proper procedures, safety, and efficiency
  • Recommend improvements to productivity, quality, and equipment performance
  • Complete required documentation including inspection and production reports
What We're Looking For
  • 3–5+ years of experience operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude- you can diagnose, adjust, and repair equipment issues
  • Experience with presses, metal forming, stamping, or similar equipment preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and setup instructions
  • Hands-on experience with tools, components, and machine adjustments
  • Strong attention to quality, safety, and efficiency standards
  • Proven reliability and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Experience training or leading operators is a plus
What This Role Is (and isn't)
  • ?? Is: A hands-on operator role with strong mechanical responsibility
  • ?? Is:
Focused on keeping production running at peak performance
  • ? Is Not: A traditional maintenance department position

You'll be embedded in production- owning the performance of your equipment every day.
