General Production

Bard Manufacturing Company, Inc. is recruiting for production positions at our facility in Bryan, OH.

Performs repetitive work at a workstation or assembly line, assembling metal, electrical, or mechanical components/parts into an HVAC unit.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform any assembly functions using hand or power tools
• Monitor and be responsible for the overall quality of the work being performed
• Operate both stationary and moving overhead cranes
• Operate forklift, as required
• Use hand or pneumatic power tools
• Perform activities in accordance with the procedures outlined in the work instructions and drawings
• Read and understand drawings/blueprints, and use a tape measure and angle gauge
• Perform other duties as assigned

The successful candidate will possess the following skills/abilities:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing experience required
• Sheet metal experience preferred
