Job Functions:
Altenloh, Brinck & Co. US, Inc. manufactures and distributes engineered fasteners under the SPAX® brand for the construction market, TRUFAST® for the commercial roofing industry and TRUFASTWalls® for exterior building envelopes and facades. The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes by managing staff on the production floor and coordinating resources. Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results;
coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

Essential Responsibilities:
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Define roles and responsibilities of direct reports
- Assign tasks based on position to ensure safety, quality and production goals are being met
- Review production goals and results with employees
- Recognize and schedule employees for necessary training
- Develop Lead personnel
- Practice and enforce safety programs
- Self-development
- Management support
- Promote teamwork
Operational Responsibilities:
- Prioritize production for conventional and Amba departments
- Schedule required overtime
- Work with maintenance department to schedule preventive maintenance
- Identify and address any inefficiency in production
- Assist Engineering Dept. with trial runs
- Work with Quality Dept. in resolving internal and external issues
- Ensure all labor transactions are entered correctly
- Administer Strike Policy
- Complete Layered Process Audits and ensure direct reports are completing theirs on time
Position Requirements:
Experience:
4+ years of comparable experience preferred
Education:
High School Diploma / GED equivalent

Physical Requirements:
