This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Bryan, OH. The Salesperson will engage with customers to understand their water treatment needs, recommend suitable solutions, and build long-term relationships to drive sales. The role involves generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales while providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of water conditioning products, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the purchased solutions.

• Experience with customer relationship building, lead generation, and sales strategy development.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical product features and explain them to customers effectively.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using sales and customer management tools is a plus.
• Previous experience in water treatment, household appliances, or a related field is advantageous.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or related fields is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required for local travel.
