Altenloh, Brinck & Co. US, Inc. manufactures and distributes engineered fasteners under the SPAX® brand for the construction market, TRUFAST® for the commercial roofing industry and TRUFASTWalls® for exterior building envelopes and facades. As an order puller you will pick products in a warehouse or shipping center and prepare them for customer orders, including locating and packaging items, checking order accuracy, and making shipping labels.

- $1.00/hour shift premium for 2nd shift
- Starting rate of pay $20.00 per hour
- Clock in and out of time keeping system correctly every day.
- Log in and out of ERP system in the indirect labor category correctly.
- Complete daily maintenance check on tow motor and log checklist into computer.
- Maintain flexibility in work schedule; stay until all orders are pulled for the day.
- Properly relocate finished product from transfer isle to a bin location.
- Pull product based on pick list; organize on a skid for easy verification.
- Utilize handheld computer to process orders correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse; sweep when necessary.
- Participate in annual inventory.
- No previous experience required.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be willing to operate and obtain a stand‑up forklift license.
- Positive attitude, effective communicator, and ability to promote teamwork.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to use basic math functions (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.).
- Self‑directed.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- General computer skills.
Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 60 pounds.
