Position: Accounting / Office Support Specialist
Snelling Staffing is hiring an experienced Accounting / Office Support Specialist in Bryan, TX.

This position is ideal for someone with strong accounting experience who is dependable, accurate, organized, and comfortable supporting a busy manufacturing or fabrication office.

Position Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable
Assist with payroll
Maintain accurate accounting records
Use Quick Books for daily accounting tasks
Support office and administrative functions as needed
Organize documents, invoices, vendor information, and internal records
Communicate professionally with internal staff, vendors, and customers
Assist leadership with special projects as needed

Requirements:

Previous accounting experience required
Accounts payable experience required
Payroll experience strongly preferred
Quick Books experience required
Manufacturing, construction, fabrication, or industrial office experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
High level of accuracy and confidentiality
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
