- Maintain ethical integrity: Earn trust and sustain confidence through unwavering honesty, strong moral judgment, and consistent follow‑through on verbal and written commitments.
- Accounts Payable: Own the full AP cycle with precision—processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely payments, and keeping meticulous records.
- Financial Reporting Assistance: Support the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports, bringing sharp analytical thinking and a keen eye for detail to every number.
- Month‑End Reconciliations: Lead monthly close activities with accuracy and accountability, reconciling accounts, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring books are clean and current.
- Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Step out from behind the spreadsheets—partner confidently with teams across the organization using clear, professional verbal and written communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Public Accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook required.
- Experience with Workday or similar accounting systems preferred.
- Knowledge of Accounting terminology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Spirit for competition.
- Ownership mentality.
- Desire for continuous improvement.
- Bilingual +.
- CPA? Even better!
- $55K + per year based on experience and potential.
