  • Take ownership of advanced bookkeeping tasks for diverse clients, including reconciliations, journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial statements, all in compliance with firm standards.
  • Process payroll and related filings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare sales tax reports, quarterly filings and other routine compliance submissions.

  • Ability to work independently and problem‑solve issues as they arise.
  • Willingness to work overtime during peak tax season.
  • Willingness to collaborate across departments and office locations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
  • Experience preparing financial statements, compilations, or similar engagements.
  • Advanced Quick Books knowledge or experience supporting client transitions between systems.
  • Experience training or mentoring bookkeeping staff.
  • Familiarity with tax workflows and how CAS deliverables feed into tax preparation.
