Salary Range: $56,000.00 To $74,000.00 Annually

Overview :
We are seeking a proactive Accountant who takes initiative, executes decisively, and develops solutions independently. This role manages project financials from setup through reporting, ensuring accuracy while improving processes within an engineering environment.

• Project setup and billing
  - Collect project and client information, enter data, prepare invoices, and monitor receivables.
• Cost analysis
  - Track project costs, review variances, and support financial decision making.
• Contract and compliance
  - Review contracts, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to financial policies and regulations.
• Liaison and reporting
  - Serve as a financial point of contact, support cross functional communication, and produce accurate reports.
• Process improvement
  - Identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and implement workflow enhancements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 3 to 5 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver accurate results.

• Experience with ERP systems.

• Solution oriented and resourceful.
