Role at a Glance

The Administrative Associate III is essential to maintaining efficient operations by providing advanced administrative support, coordinating complex processes, and ensuring effective communication across departments. This role helps manage schedules, maintain records, process documentation, support compliance requirements, and assist with project coordination.

Works under general supervision and provides complex administrative support work, reporting to the Administrative Coordinator I.

Responsibilities
  • Manage schedules and coordinate internal and external meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance.
  • Process and file documentation to support departmental needs.
  • Assist with project coordination and cross‑department communication.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Three years of related experience in general office, clerical, or customer‑relations roles.
  • Valid motor vehicle operator’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
  • Equivalent credentials considered:
    Bachelor’s degree in lieu of experience;
    Associate’s degree with one year of related experience.
