What We WantServes as an Administrative Coordinator I for Forensic Nursing in the College of Nursing. Provides administrative support and provides public-facing duties for the Forensic Outreach programs. Works under the supervision of the Director of the Center of Excellence in Forensic Nursing, and in collaboration with the Senior Administrative Coordinator.
What You Need To Know- Salary: $16.04 - $24.40/ hour commensurate based on education and experience.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years of experience in office administration.
- Experience with administrative support in a University setting.
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation applications.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Planning and organization skills.
- Provides administrative support for the Forensic Nursing programs, in collaboration with the Senior Administrative Coordinator for Forensic Nursing.
- Acts as the front desk presence for the center, greeting guests, answering the center phone, coordinating deliveries, and providing customer service as needed.
- Oversees planning and execution of administrative operations, in collaboration with the Senior Administrative Coordinator for Forensic Nursing.
- Maintains daily office calendar and appointment monitoring.
- Reviews and monitors project and program timelines and proactively identifies issues.
- Coordinates office records retention and maintains reference materials.
- Coordinates inventory and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
- Researches and responds to inquiries about office procedures and processes.
- Coordinates logistical arrangements for travel, meetings, and events.
- Develops and maintains administrative office procedures, in collaboration with the Senior Administrative Coordinator for Forensic Nursing.
- Reviews and signs documents for supervisors. Performs special analyses and project summaries as needed.
- Serves as primary or backup administrative support to assigned functional areas.
- Provides administrative support for Forensic nursing programs, in collaboration with the Senior Administrative Coordinator for Forensic Nursing.
- Provides support for assigned faculty members, including but not limited to, support for instructional materials and grant activities support.
