Automotive Bryan College Station Toyota is looking for self-motivated individuals who would like to start as a Service Technician. The Service Technician plays a critical role in delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance services that support customer satisfaction and dealership performance. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles efficiently while contributing to a collaborative, safety-focused, and customer-centered service environment.

Job Description Vehicle Repair & Maintenance- Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and dealership standards.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using appropriate tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems.
- Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently while documenting findings, recommendations, and completed work.
- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, fluid checks, and other assigned repairs.
- Conduct quality checks to help ensure repairs are completed safely and properly.
- Maintain productivity and efficiency standards established by dealership leadership.
- Communicate repair needs, parts requirements, and repair updates with Service Advisors and service department personnel.
- Maintain proper care and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
- Participate in manufacturer training, certifications, and ongoing development opportunities.
- Stay current on evolving automotive technology, repair procedures, and diagnostic practices.
- Support a collaborative and team-oriented service department culture.
- Assist other technicians and team members as needed to support operational success and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attendance record.
- Support dealership standards related to professionalism, compliance, safety, and customer care.
- Handle customer and company vehicles responsibly and safely.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous automotive maintenance, technical training, or related experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
