Our Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership is seeking an experienced Internal/Used Car Technician to help keep our pre‑owned inventory front‑line ready. This full‑time position plays a critical role in inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and reconditioning used vehicles to meet dealership standards before they reach the sales lot.

• Work on a wide range of domestic, import, SUV, truck, luxury, and performance vehicles
• Consistent internal recon and used vehicle workflow with limited customer interaction
• Gain exposure to Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicle technology and diagnostic systems

• Perform comprehensive inspections and reconditioning of used vehicle inventory
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, suspension, steering, braking, HVAC, and drivability concerns
• Complete maintenance services and repairs to prepare vehicles for frontline sale
• Identify and document repair recommendations according to dealership standards
• Perform quality inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety, operational, and appearance standards
• Work efficiently to meet internal production goals and vehicle turnaround timelines
• Utilize scan tools, service information systems, and electronic repair resources to diagnose concerns
• Collaborate with service, parts, and used vehicle departments to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation

• 3+ years of automotive technician experience preferred
• Previous dealership or independent repair shop experience preferred
• Experience working on domestic and import vehicles
• ASE Certifications preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to perform repairs independently with limited supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
