CDJR Bryan is looking for an Experienced Lube Technician to join our high-volume Service Department. If you have hands-on automotive maintenance experience and are looking to grow your skills with a dealership that invests in technician development, this is your opportunity to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.

This role is ideal for someone with prior lube, express service, quick-lube, or dealership experience who is ready to work alongside experienced technicians while learning the latest Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicle technology.

What You'll DoPerform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and routine maintenance

Conduct comprehensive multi-point vehicle inspections

Inspect and recommend maintenance needs according to manufacturer guidelines

Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to dealership quality standards

Maintain accurate repair order documentation

Communicate maintenance recommendations with Service Advisors Assist Service Technicians and Shop Foreman as needed

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safety compliant

What You'll Bring Minimum 2 year of automotive maintenance, lube technician, or express service experience

Previous dealership, domestic brand, truck, or CDJR experience preferred

Experience performing oil changes, tire rotations, fluid exchanges, battery services, and basic maintenance repairs

Experience conducting multi-point inspections and identifying maintenance needs

Strong work ethic and desire to grow within the automotive industry

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

High school diploma or GED required
