Create & collaborate in this full-time, in-house position – taking art from initial concept all the way through to production.

Thisisn’tan entry-level design position. Strong illustration and typography skills area must. We need someone who can take an idea and turn it into original, well-crafted, functional artwork,not just someone who knows their way around Adobe.

Just as important – we’re looking for someone who communicates, collaborates, and understands that great creative work usually gets better through the process .

What You’llDo

As a Graphic Artist III with our Art Team, you will:

• Create original artwork for apparel, merchandise, and custom client projects
• Develop illustrated graphics and killer typographic layouts
• Turn creative briefs, customer ideas, and sometimes-not-so-perfect directions into great artwork
• Work within customer brand and production requirements without losing creativity
• Collaborate with artists, sales, preflight, and production teams
• Take creative direction, ask good questions, and use feedback to make the work stronger
• Prepare clean, production-conscious artwork in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Balance creativity, quality, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Take an idea from concept all the way through production

What You Should Have

Experience in apparel graphics, branding, marketing, screen printing, merchandise design, or production art will definitely get our attention. Additionally, you may be what we’re looking for, if you have:

• Strong typography and layout skills — required
• Advanced Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills
• Professional graphic design experience with a portfolio to prove it
• A sharp eye for composition, hierarchy, color, and the little details
• The eye and communication capability to translate trends.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A willingness to ask questions for clarity
• The flexibility to change direction when a project needs it
• Ownership of your work from start to finish
• A willingness to jump into production work when capacity requires
• A genuine desire to learn and keep improving
• The ability to lead other artists and creative direction at times.

• Original illustration

• Strong composition and visual hierarchy
