Dental Hygienist No Weekends, PTO

Position: Dental Hygienist - 4-Day Week, No Weekends, PTO & Bonuses
We are seeking a compassionate, warm, and patient-focused Full-Time or Part-Time Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, hardworking, and highly reliable, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and creating a comfortable, positive experience for every patient.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Performing thorough dental cleanings Conducting patient assessments, charting, and documenting clinical findings Taking digital radiographs Educating patients on oral hygiene and preventative care Utilize iTero 3D scanner for digital impressions and to enhance patient education and case acceptance Assisting in diagnosing and treatment planning alongside the dentist Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records using Open Dental software Ensuring compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols Providing a comfortable, caring, and professional patient experience

Qualifications:

Active Dental Hygienist license in good standing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, friendly, and patient-centered approach Team-oriented with a positive, collaborative attitude Ability to work effectively in a supportive, team-based environment Professional and dependable Growth-minded and open to feedback

Schedule:

Monday Thursday 7:40 AM 5:00/5:30 PM (patients scheduled 8:00 AM 5:00 PM) 1 hour lunch Full-time, 4-day work week No evenings or weekends
