PACT Design Studio is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex architectural projects with a strong focus on higher education work throughout Texas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative studio environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and can confidently guide projects from programming through construction administration.
We are a growing, design-focused firm that believes architecture should improve the lives of others, challenge mediocrity, and inspire people through thoughtful design.
What You'll Do- Lead projects through all phases of design and construction
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout the life of the project
- Coordinate and manage consultants across multiple disciplines
- Mentor and support younger staff within the studio
- Guide project schedules, budgets, and team communication
- Participate in programming, planning, and design strategy discussions
- Help maintain design quality and technical excellence across project delivery
- Work closely with firm leadership in a highly collaborative environment
- 7+ years of experience
- Professional degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect preferred
- Strong experience managing higher education projects
- Proven ability to lead consultant coordination across multiple trades
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Experience mentoring emerging professionals
- Ability to balance design quality with project execution
- Experience in any of the following is a plus:
Hospitality, Private Commercial, Interior Architecture, Residential
