- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Active or eligible license in the state of Texas.
- Strong clinical skills in inpatient medicine, including the assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams in a hospital setting.
