This facility is seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule:

Two weekends per month, Friday morning through Monday morning. Hospital rounding 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with 24-hour call coverage.

Practice Setting:
Inpatient cardiothoracic surgery.

Types of Cases:
Cardiothoracic surgery and support for cardiac catheterization laboratory procedures.

Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days; emergency privileges will be requested.

Electronic Medical Record:
Meditech currently; switching to Epic on October 30.

Certifications

Required:

Board Certification, will consider truly Board Eligible

Licensure

Required:

Active Texas medical license.
