Key

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting students in school, ABA, or behavioral settings
• CPI certification or de-escalation training (strongly preferred)
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills
• Patience, reliability, and the ability to work well with diverse teams
• Commitment to empowering students academically and behaviorally
• RBT certification (current or former) is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Provide academic and behavioral support to students in classroom or 1:1 settings
• Collaborate daily with teachers, therapists, and staff to plan and implement strategies
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Model appropriate social and behavioral skills for students
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as needed
