What we're seeking:

• Valid Sign Language Interpreter credentials
• Minimum EIPA score of 3.5
• Previous experience working in schools or with high school-aged students preferred
• Ability to interpret complex subject matter in live educational settings

• Adaptability and strong collaboration skills

What you'll do:

• Provide 1:1 interpretation for high school students in classroom and school-related activities
• Work closely with educators and staff to accurately convey verbal information and facilitate participation
• Support student engagement and understanding of curriculum materials
• Clarify or transliterate information as necessary for student comprehension
• Maintain strict ethical and professional standards in all interactions
• Actively contribute to student progress and advocate for communication needs
