Step into a role that truly makes a difference for students in the school setting, where your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will support positive growth and meaningful change. As part of this rewarding contract opportunity, you'll have two key pathways-providing behavior support in an elementary school or working across campuses to assist with Life Skills programs for students requiring more intensive behavioral intervention.

This setting is ideal for professionals seeking dynamic, hands-on experience in both classroom and individualized environments.

What We're Looking For:
  • Current RBT certification required
  • Experience working in schools is highly valued, but strong RBT/behavioral skills are paramount
  • Previous work supporting elementary, middle, or high school students preferred
  • CPI certification or experience working with aggressive behaviors is a plus, especially for Life Skills support
  • Comfort providing 1:1 assistance as well as supporting small groups
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Deliver 1:1 and small group behavior interventions in a dedicated elementary behavior classroom
  • Provide support in Life Skills classrooms, assisting students with higher behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and school staff to foster positive behavioral outcomes
  • Implement behavior support plans and document student progress
  • Adapt to varying campus locations and student needs as assigned
  • Utilize de-escalation techniques and appropriate behavior management strategies
This contract runs through the remainder of the school year, with opportunities for summer work and likely extension into the next academic year. Workdays typically follow a 7:15am-3:30pm schedule, offering consistency and work-life balance.

If you are passionate about supporting students and eager to use your skills in a collaborative, professional environment, submit your application today and help create positive change in school communities!
