Your responsibilities include:

Assisting with classroom activities, routines, and transitions
Implementing behavior intervention strategies and individualized student support plans
Supporting positive student engagement and active participation
Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and administrators to optimize student success
Helping maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

Experience in a school, ABA, behavioral health, or related support setting
CPI certification, Safety-Care training, or strong de-escalation skills (preferred)
Current or previous RBT certification (a plus)
Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to work effectively within a team
A dependable, patient, and adaptable approach
Genuine passion for assisting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs
